Global Staffing Solutions provides professional staffing services including but not limited to virtual assistants, bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing, tax preparation, and executive assistance. The specific terms of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
We understand the sensitive nature of business information. All client data and information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Our staff are bound by confidentiality agreements.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by Global Staffing Solutions. Work product created specifically for you during our engagement will be your property upon full payment. Our proprietary processes, systems, and methodologies remain our property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Staffing Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the services in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Staffing Solutions and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Sections regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
